A Good Year? Sure. A Good Week? Eh.

Too busy to try something new.

We’re on a mission to try something new every week. That’s what this whole diary is about. You know this — you’ve been following along since the beginning of 2021. We’re trying to make it A Good Year.

But this week, life got in the way.

Taylor is working on finding a new job. I had a lot of grading to catch up on. We’re still touring apartments. We’re packing up for Taylor’s (belated) graduation ceremony this week. We’re trying to plan for a summer where nothing is concrete yet.

Don’t forget the usual chores: laundry, cooking, dishes, car washes.

I don’t need to tell you this, fellow adult. You know how it is.

And I’m just making excuses.

Nothing fun this past week, but we have so much coming up to look forward to:

Graduation! Taylor and the 2020 graduates deserve this so very much.

More baseball! We enjoyed seeing the Sox play in Baltimore so much, we bought tickets for the next Baltimore series. We are headed back to Camden this Sunday, Mother’s Day.

Good food. Family. Fun times.

We are healthy and as happy as can be.
